Refund policy

30-night sleep trial

We want you to sleep on it before you decide. You have 30 nights from the day your Sidewell Align Knee Pillow is delivered to try it at home. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund, even if you've used it.

Your body may need a few nights to adjust to sleeping in better alignment, so we recommend giving it at least a week before deciding.

How to start a return

Email us at sidewellsleep@gmail.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label, so returns cost you nothing. Please pack the pillow securely and include the cover and strap.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you to confirm and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at sidewellsleep@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
