Delivery times

Your Sidewell Align Knee Pillow ships from our fulfillment partner overseas. Orders typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days of being placed. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons, holidays or customs processing.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and aren't included in your order total, so they are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Lost or delayed packages
